What is the PCI Matrix™?

The PCI Matrix™ is the basis on which our international property experts choose and evaluate the developments and countries which our licensed partners offer to the discerning buyer.

We can therefore compare opportunities using standard criteria which include key aspects such as the developers' financial status and project history, environmental issues as well as quality, location etc.

Each opportunity we offer is assessed on criteria selected as appropriate from the relevant factors and features listed below, and each criteria has a weighted Result. Added to the matrix can be your preferences for reward and return, type of use, risk management and timescale, to produce a multi-dimensional Result that allows you to compare countries, regions, developers and developments on a like-for-like and quantifiable basis.

The total for each section is compared to the average by a percentage that shows the relative strength of our developments.
