Payment Terms

Stage Payments for our offplan overseas properties are typically as follows:

1. Reservation Fee £1000
2. Confirmation Deposit £2000
3. 10% on signing contract (less reservation fee and deposit)
4. 20% on commencement of Foundations
5. 20% on commencement of Carcase and Roof
6. 20% on commencement of Brickwork, Rendering and Plastering
7. 20% on commencement of Electrical and Plumbing
8. 10% on completion and handover

Payments may be made by:

• Cheque payable to Property Club International Ltd and sent to our Aldershot Office
• Bank transfer direct to our UK Bank - Royal Bank of Scotland

Bank details will be provided on request and all amounts shown are in Pounds Sterling.

On selected developments, we offer viewing trips, subject to availability, for 2 people including flights and 3 nights bed and breakfast at a min 4* star hotel. You will be taken to see the properties of your choice and introduced to the island, its amenities and sights. Should you purchase one of our properties, the non-refundable reservation fee of £1000 will be applied in full against your deposit for your new home.

Flights, transfers and car hire (where applicable), when booked via Property Club International Ltd (PCI) are the direct responsibility of the service provider ie. Ticket agent, Car hire company etc… PCI offers to reserve these additional services but cannot be held responsible for third parties actions.

PCI, service providers, agents and their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused. Any parties booking a trip should arrange adequate personal holiday travel insurance through a reputable company. PCI, the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond our control. In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the hotel or swimming pool where applicable, please notify the hotel management immediately. The booking is confirmed when the reservation form is signed and the deposit received, and will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The deposit is non refundable in cases of cancellation. In the unlikely event that PCI or the agents have to cancel the trip, a full refund will be paid to the customer.

All rental accommodation is privately owned and is let via PCI on behalf of the owner and the client. PCI, service providers, owners and their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused. Any parties booking a property should arrange adequate personal holiday travel insurance through a reputable company. PCI, the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond our control. In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the property or swimming pool where applicable, please notify the house agent immediately. The owners and their agents reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening and routine inspections. The booking is confirmed when the booking form is signed and the deposit received, and will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The deposit is non refundable in cases of cancellation. The balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks prior to the departure date. If not paid by the due date, cancellation may be assumed by PCI and the owner, and the property made available for re-letting with consequent loss of deposit. Once paid, the balance is non refundable in the case of cancellation by the clients for whatever reason. In the unlikely event that PCI or the owners have to cancel the accommodation booking, a full refund will be paid to the client. Service providers will need to be handled directly by the client. Contact details available upon request. Only the guests named/indicated on the Confirmation Invoice are to occupy the property. In no circumstances will any additional person be permitted to stay. The Property must be vacated no later than 11.00 am on the day of departure and the property will not be ready until 4.00 pm on the arrival day.
